Online Presence Management for Restaurants
In today’s online-centric world, your restaurant has an online presence whether you choose to or not. Love it or hate it, almost every business has a Yelp or Google Business page full of reviews with star ratings and amateur pictures of your food, unanswered messages, and incorrect hours of operation… and if you don’t manage it, your customers will.
Unfortunately, most restaurateurs lack the time, experience, or bandwidth to effectively set-up and manage their online footprint.
Social Graces wants to help you continue to do what you do best; focus within the four walls of your restaurant while we manage your online presence and social media strategy.
Why Outsource Something So Personal?
First, we begin with getting to know you and your restaurant. Before we take a single picture or craft the first post, we spend time learning about you; understanding your passion, what drives you and how we can best showcase your brand cohesively across all media platforms.
Effective social media management takes time and staying on top of ever-changing trends in the restaurant industry. Social Graces brings over 20 years of restaurant operations experience to the table to support your digital strategy.
Your business is unique, and we collaborate with you to tailor content for you.
